At Neon Fit, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to return a product. If this is the case, we have a fair and easy refund policy in place.
Return Policy
You may return any product purchased from Neon Fit for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and must not have been used. Please note that we do not offer refunds on custom-made items or items that have been personalized with your name or logo.
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by email at info@neonfitt.com to request a return authorization number.
- Package the product carefully and include the return authorization number in the package.
- Ship the package back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email.
We will process your refund within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Exceptions to Our Refund Policy
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
- Products that have been damaged or used
- Custom-made items or items that have been personalized with your name or logo
- Products that were shipped more than 30 days ago
Additional Information
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a replacement.
